Joint-stock company “Elmavalmshenebli” is the unique producer of DC main line electric locomotives on the territory of the former USSR.

The enterprise independently develops and manufactures such basic units of the electric locomotive, as traction electric motor, auxiliary machines, equipment for protection, current collector and others. In total about 80 percent of the demanded nomenclature.
